The TMC STACIS® is an advanced vibration isolation system that incorporates a combination of inertial vibration sensors and piezoelectric actuators to actively sense and cancel vibration from 0.3 Hz to 250 Hz. STACIS has set an industry standard for isolating vibration sensitive metrology and inspection equipment in the fab.
From its 70,000 square foot facility, TMC applies expertise in low-amplitude building floor vibration to produce vibration filtering and canceling systems.
